Spaces lease from $50 to $100 per month depending on the length you need. Lease payments are collected every three months (quarterly).

We're at 11359 Lebanon Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241 — inside the I-275 loop, one mile south of Exit 46 in Sharonville, near Sharon Woods.
Can I access my RV any time?
Yes. The facility offers 24-hour access, seven days a week. Store it or pull it out whenever you're ready to roll — no appointment needed.
Is the storage lot secure?
The lot is fully fenced and well-lit, designed to give you peace of mind that your investment is in good hands all year round.
Is there a dump station on-site?
Yes. There is an on-site dump station so you can empty your tanks before storing your RV — no extra stop required.
What size RVs can you store?
Leased spaces range from 20 feet up to 45 feet and longer, fitting everything from travel trailers to large Class A motorhomes and toy haulers.
